Nice. Even if you have nothing to hide. We don’t have a database with customer data and no medical file. In the lab, we don’t know who we’re testing. Only you can access your results. How do we do that?

Data

When you order, you leave your details and then receive the test at home or at the collection point. At that time, we have certain data. You have 14 days to change your mind. During that time, you can return your order or let us know that you wish to cancel the test. When you first notify us of your return shipment, you have another 14 days to return the test. As soon as this right of return has expired, your data will be automatically deleted. At that moment there is no trace of your order in our database.

You can also order under a different (false) name. Note: only do this with a home delivery. ID may be requested for a collection point delivery.

Analysis

Normally, analyses are carried out in a laboratory on the basis of name and address data on a laboratory form. Not with us. We have analyses made on the basis of a code. This is the code on the code card. Therefore, no medical file is built up.

Dispatch

We always ship orders in discreet packaging. In a mailing envelope without name or logo. Also, the envelope does not bear the address of testalize.me. The envelope fits through the letterbox.

Result

Your body material is also shipped safely. Body material is packaged airtight and watertight. In every package, you will find a leaflet containing a code card. Keep this code safe! You use this code to request your results via testalize.me/uitslag. That code is all we have from you. No name, no phone number and no e-mail address. You cannot request the results without this code!
