Withdrawal

We would normally never use the word ‘withdraw’. But ‘returning’ does not cover the meaning. In the case of testalize.me, everyone returns something. Returning the return box is part of our service. After all, we need to receive your body material to be able to test. If you would rather not test through us and return your test (unused), you cancel your order. And this is of course no problem.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons and thus to return your purchase. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the test(s).

To withdraw, we ask you to inform us by e-mail or app. You can also use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. We ask that you first contact us and let us know that your test will be returned.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel the order, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including standard delivery costs for the outward shipment, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement.

We will refund you with the same payment method you used to make the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the test(s) back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the test(s), whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the test(s) to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are in time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are payable by you.

You cannot withdraw if the seal of the test is broken after delivery, for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are cancelling the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
